The Grovers sank 11 3-pointers, including five in the second quarter, to begin pulling away late in the opening half against the Burros.

“We scored 66. We should win games,” H-CV head coach Elliot Rotvold said.

“But tonight they got 20 or 25 points on things we can control, so we have things we need to work on.”

After ending the first quarter on a 6-0 run, Oak Grove junior guard Ian Saunders hit his second triple of the night.
