Here’s the deal. This is the time of the year when you should resolve to be a better person.
Start off with a list of 10 easy, good-for-you goals that can be as challenging as you want. Or, as easy as you want.
Here a few suggestions: Save money or spend less. Learn something new. Quit smoking. Read more. Change jobs. Drink less. Spend more time with family and friends.
Resolutions can calm you down, ease your stress, help your skin glow and hair grow. Not sure of the last two, but the first two are a safe bet. Regardless, New Year’s resolutions can help you organize your day and life. They can also be a maddening exercise in futility.
