I might have a penchant for name-dropping but that doesn’t impress people anymore.
Sure, I might have seen Kaat beat Koufax in the ’65 Series, Nate Thurmond outplay Wilt Chamberlain in Oakland in 1967 and Secretariat outrun the field at the 1973 Kentucky Derby, but so what?
I should have a degree in ancient history, that’s what.
