The Central Valley Drama Club will present “Bedtime Stories (As Told by Our Dad) (Who Messed Them Up)” to audiences next week in the school’s north gymnasium. 

The play portrays a father’s incorrect retelling of fairy tales to his three daughters, including stories about the princess who peed, the boy who cried dinosaur and Rumpinsockelsteen.

Eleven Central Valley students are part of the cast, including Kate Seyfried, David Seyfried, Avery Lessard, Ellie Knudsvig, Adam Smith, Jack Knudsvig, Elyssa Heppner, Lenora Larson, Isaac Treitline, Eliza Smith and Addison Lessard.

The play’s opening performance is at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 11 for a community performance followed by a production for Central Valley students at 12:45 p.m. Monday, April 12.

The performance is directed by Central Valley teachers Tait Simonson and Julia Berge.

The play was scripted by Ed Monk and published by Playscripts Inc.

All are invited to attend Sunday’s performance.
