Hillsboro-Central Valley’s offensive line will have a new look Monday, Oct. 14 against Central Cass.

With four offensive linemen sidelined by injuries (Landen Reed, Mason Richter, Kaden Pastian and Angel Valdez), a few new faces will line up against the Squirrels at 7 p.m. at the Hillsboro Sports Complex.

H-CV (6-0, 2-0 East Region) head coach Scott Olsen said Wednesday junior Cody Huot will start at center for Richter.

Sophomore Jaime Martinez will make his first varsity start and junior Dylan Bye will start at tackle for Pastian, who is a game-time decision.

Junior Luke Dryburgh will fill in for Reed at tight end after taking reps in last Friday’s dramatic win over Devils Lake.

“This is the first opportunity for those guys as starters to play ... meaningful minutes in a varsity game,” Olsen said Wednesday. “We are looking forward to them being excited to play.”
