CASSELTON, N.D. – Carson Henningsgard scored 24 and Landen Reed added 15 to lead Hillsboro-Central Valley to a come-from-behind win over Central Cass Saturday.

After a slow start, the Burros’ dynamic duo poured in 27 second-half points to help H-CV erase a 13-point third-quarter deficit and walk off with the win in front of a raucous crowd at Central Cass High School.

“We gave them too many open looks in the first half but we picked it up a notch in the second half,” said H-CV head coach Elliot Rotvold.

Hillsboro-Central Valley’s Patrick Limke chipped in seven points in a back-and-forth first quarter that ended with the Squirrels leading 21-16.
