MOORHEAD, MINN. – The 4x200-meter relay is one Hillsboro-Central Valley hasn’t run a lot the past few seasons.

This season, the Burros have run the relay race only four times with two different teams.

Tatum Limke, Jensyn Zink, Haley Blotsky and Reagan Baesler have circled the track together at three different meets.

On Monday, the four Burros runners recorded a personal and season-best time of 1:52.54 at the TK Last Chance meet at Concordia College’s Jake Christiansen Stadium in Moorhead.

“We have not run (that race) for a few years at a competitive level,” H-CV head coach Heidi Eckart said Tuesday. “So, it’s enjoyable to watch a sprint relay for the girls.”

In the final regular-season meet of 2019, the Burros finished seventh out of 20 teams with 42 points.
