After missing the first game of the season due to injuries, Isaac Luithle and Kaden Pastian were back Friday against Watford City.

Fans could feel Hillsboro-Central Valley’s energy level was a little higher under the lights at the Hillsboro Sports Complex with two starters back in the lineup.

“I think that sparked us,” Burros head coach Scott Olsen said.

“That was an emotional thing where it was a chance to get those guys back in the game and they both performed well.”

The No. 1-ranked Burros cruised their way to a 46-6 victory over Watford City to improve to 2-0 on the season.
