In its final regular-season meet of the spring, Hillsboro-Central Valley tied for third Wednesday at Maple River Golf Course.

“Maple River proved to be a tough course for the girls,” Burros head coach Garth Limke said after the meet.

“With winds gusting 30 to 40 miles per hour it made the course play much longer and definitely more challenging.”

Kindred won the team title with a score of 369 and Carrington earned a runner-up finish with a 415.

The Burros finished tied with Oak Grove with a 457.

“Kindred and Carrington are very good teams and are going to be tough for us to catch,” Limke said.
