Between 480 and 484 students are expected to enroll in the Hillsboro School District on Wednesday, Aug. 26, according to school officials.

Hillsboro Public Schools Superintendent Paula Suda told the Hillsboro School Board on Aug. 20 that administrators are projecting to enroll 254 kids in grades K-6 and 224 junior and high school students on the first day of fall classes.

Those numbers will be bolstered by 8 to 11 students taught by a Hillsboro teacher at Spruce Lane School at the Hutterite colony near Blanchard.
